Multi-site outpatient comparison
Side-by-side reading of the same specialty across two or more sites in a group: templates, DNA, and how rooms are actually used.
When a group runs the same specialty in several towns, lists look similar on paper and behave differently on the day. We place sites next to each other using the same definitions of DNA, unused slot, and start delay so partners are not comparing unlike things in a meeting.
This engagement is usually commissioned after a clinic operations review, or when a group already has agreed DNA and unused-slot definitions and needs them applied across sites or written for a board.
