Clinic operations review
From £4,800 excluding VAT for one specialty at one site, including two observed sessions, the written review, the two-page board note, and the walkthrough. Extra specialties or sites are quoted after kick-off.
Fees
Starting figures, then a quote that names the specialty and the sites.
Fees are for professional time, writing, and travel in mainland UK for a single-site review. VAT is added where it applies. There is no monthly subscription.
DNA and unused-slot study
From £2,400 excluding VAT when coding notes already exist. If we must first agree DNA definitions across a group, the fee sits closer to a review and is quoted.
Appointment template study
From £2,100 excluding VAT for one list type (for example routine follow-up plus new patients) with a sample of timed encounters from the waiting area. Procedure-heavy lists are quoted.
Operations papers for the board
From £1,900 excluding VAT for a four-page pack from extracts you already trust. If the pack requires observation, we will say so and move you onto a review.
Multi-site outpatient comparison
Quoted. The fee follows the number of sites, whether each site uses the same PAS, and whether we visit more than one waiting area.
Follow-on days
£850 excluding VAT per day for further observation, a second walkthrough, or help preparing a partners’ meeting after a review has been issued.
What moves a quote
Teaching lists, one-stop diagnostics, community sites without a stable room diary, and PAS hosts that cannot export slot times all add days. We would rather name that in the quote than discover it in week four.
Deposit
A 30% deposit confirms the observation dates. The balance is due on issue of the written review. See refunds and cancellation if dates have to move.
