DNA and unused-slot study

Counts of did-not-attend, late cancellation, and empty slots by day, list, and reminder method — with a note on what the coding actually means.

DNA percentages hide mixed coding. We separate true non-attendance from hospital-cancelled slots, short-notice patient cancellations, and lists held open for on-the-day additions. The study is written for people who send reminder letters and texts, not for a marketing report.

This engagement is usually commissioned after a clinic operations review, or when a group already has agreed DNA and unused-slot definitions and needs them applied across sites or written for a board.

Fees are set after a short call about the number of sites, specialties, and whether observation is required. See fees for starting figures.
