Many groups already have PAS reports. What they lack is a pack that a non-operational director can read in twenty minutes. We write that pack from your extracts, with captions that name the clinic, the month, and the decision you are asking the board to take.
This engagement is usually commissioned after a clinic operations review, or when a group already has agreed DNA and unused-slot definitions and needs them applied across sites or written for a board.
